I didn't find one of these...so I made one.
The jist is exactly what it says: Artists are not slaves. We create what we want. If we say that we do not take requests, we mean it.
Likewise, do not even think about requesting things that are clearly outside of our interests and/or artistic bounds. Call it being closed-minded if you like; if you do not at least look at a good portion of an artist's gallery, you deserve to be snubbed. This goes double if the artist has stamps, which tell you the artist's likes and dislikes with cool pictures.
Look at those things before you request. PLEASE.
Now, if an artist, writer, whatever is kind enough to draw a present for you, it's just that: A gift. Treat it like something special, and don't demand too much from that artist in the future. Primarily, we create what we like at our own pace. If we go out of our way to do something for your sake at no cost to you whatsoever, consider yourself very lucky.
And if you return the kindness, well, believe that we appreciate it.
(Sorry if this came off as harsh, but I've seen several people who still get stupid requests even when their profile and/or stamps explicitly say ' no.' This stamp is dedicated to those artists. You know who you are.

See? Enslaving artists also means you're also enslaving yheir ancestors, and being like Adolf Hitler.
