Jungle Vaporeon Stamp

Sooo I was working with a scan of one of my (...three) Jungle series Vaporeon cards. While I was removing the background from the scan, I decided, "hey, while I'm working with it, why not show off what is possibly my favorite trading card art of all time?"

Yes, seriously, this is my personal favorite TCG art ever. The strangest thing is that I cannot for the life of me pinpoint why I like it so much; it has the same lack of rhyme or reason that most of Ken Sugimori's older works do, but somehow looks so much more alive than most of Sugimori's works. Y'know, it could start swatting at the bubbles in the background at any minute.
